ACTIVE LEARNING. ACTIVE LIFE…starts with an active lifestyle. The Department of Health and Human Performance offers a wide variety of activity classes available to all registered DSU students. If you like to get outdoors there is climbing, mountain biking, pickleball, tennis, golf, disc golf, soccer and more. If you love the water try our aquatic fitness, SCUBA diving, and swimming classes. Traditional athletic skills for volleyball, basketball, racquetball, badminton, bowling, weight lifting, yoga, kung fu, tai chi, aerobic dynamics, fitness dance and step aerobics await. All instructors are certified teaching specialists!
